Recording system for track and work parameters

Documentation of the work results

To be able to assess the quality of the track geometry produced once maintenance operations have been completed, the most important track parameters must be recorded and analysed. Measuring, recording and analysing the track geometry parameters according to standards also provides proof of the work performed.

The DAR multi-channel recorder and the DRP digital data recording processor are sophisticated systems for track geometry recording.

DAR – 8 CHANNEL DATA ACQUISITION RECORDER

Offering many additional functions, the industrial recorder DAR is an 8-channel device recording the measured values on paper. Using a small ink-jet printer, programmable information, warning signals or kilometre position are added. The zero point adjustment and integrated calculation models support the optimal analysis.

Printed on paper on the spot, the data is immediately available and protected from data loss. Recorded on data carriers, it can be reproduced at any time. We offer a software package that allows displaying and processing the data in the office.

DRP DATA RECORDING PROCESSOR

The DRP data recording processor is a digital system that was specially developed for the recording of track and work parameters on track laying and maintenance machines. Up to now, more than 200 units have been supplied to more than 35 countries. The system’s flexibility makes it possible to meet the infrastructure managers’ diverse demands.

The DRP is used for documentation of the track geometry and digital real-time evaluation of data following track maintenance work. The values are displayed graphically online on a touch screen monitor and can be printed out on a standard printer in DIN A4 or DIN A3 format. The stored measured data can be transferred via USB stick to other computers and processed there.
